Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days — £2.99 (or Free on orders over £50)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or industrial action, which are outside of our immediate control.

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sortedparent.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. P.O. Boxes and BFPO Addresses

We ship to standard residential and business addresses across the UK. If you require delivery to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) or a P.O. Box, please ensure the formatting is correct at checkout to avoid courier rejection.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or fails to show up, we are here to make it right.

  • If your package arrives physically damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the items immediately and email them to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or safe spaces before contacting us.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We cannot be held responsible for items that are undelivered or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before finalizing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately, and we will attempt to fix it if the order has not yet been processed.
