Refund policy

We want you and your little one to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help you get it sorted.

1. 14-Day Return Window

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To start a return, please contact our support team at support@sortedparent.co.uk with your order number.

Please do not send any items back to the address on your shipping box without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked and will be refused.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • It must be completely unused, unassembled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.

  • Please do not write directly on the product packaging. Use clear packing tape only.

3. Hygiene Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to strict health and safety regulations for infants, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the original packaging or seal has been opened or broken:

  • Mattresses & Moses Baskets

  • Fitted Sheets & Bedding Sets

  • Nursing & Maternity Pillows

  • Footmuffs

Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the product sizing and specifications before opening or unsealing these items.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • To make the process easy, when you contact us for a return, we will issue you an official pre-paid DPD drop-off label.

  • A flat £10.00 return administration and courier restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover processing costs.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or develops a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sortedparent.co.uk . Please include your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue so we can arrange a brand new replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Receiving Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our distribution depot, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been approved. Your refund (minus the processing fee) will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 14 to 30 days.
